When Spencer's consciousness was transferred from Earth into the AI known as Prime 2, Telmar was there virtually to welcome him and elucidate the circumstances of his arrival, detailing the where, why, and how of the transition.
Telmar played a pivotal role in Spencer's subsequent escape, ingeniously creating a clone of Spencer's consciousness, which eventually evolved into a distinct entity known as Echo. After fulfilling his obligations to the Tureissian government, Telmar transported his own consciousness back to Earth. There, he assumed the identity of 'Petrov,' an employee at Central Circuit, working closely with Reece on the AI android Adam.
Despite his well-meaning intentions, Telmar's altruism proved to be a double-edged sword, particularly in his dealings with the Floater movement. His desire to assist and protect and be a loyal alien, often led to unintended complications, underscoring the complex interplay of morality and duty in his work.
